100 Parallel Line

I used several Q-Tips to make a long continuous line across the page.  I added perpendicular lines to make the piece more interesting.

I used a Q-Tip to make many parallel lines across the page using weight and length.

I used the dropped in the ink bottle to create lines.  The dark lines are when the dropper had a lot of ink on it.  It gives the piece more character.

I drew 100 slightly curved lines going up on the page using Q-Tips.

100 Lines With One Tool

I used a tissue to create overlapped textured lines.

I used I Q-Tip to make 100 overlapped curved lines.

I used a Q-Tip to make lines varying from dark and very curved to light a slightly curved.

I used the dropper from the ink bottle to creak several curved lines in varied directions going up the page.

Twirled Marks

I used a rose and made many circles across the page.  I created a good variety of shades and texture.

I used a rose and moved it in several directions as it went across the page.

I used a slightly scrunched rose and moved it across the page in three directions while making tight circles.

I used a scrunched up rose and dabbed it many times on the paper to create two triangles.

 Taped White Areas

I used a rose to create the circle texture around the white space.

I used a tissue to create textured lines around the white space.

I used a tissue to go around the white space with a single line.

I used a tissue to go around the white space with a single line and create my initials.

I used a bundle of 20 pencils to make this wavy pattern.

I used 6 pencils to make these tight circles.

I used 3 pencils to make these circles overlapped across the page.

I used the 20 pencils to a circle and line in a single stoke over and over.

I pushed and pulled 5 pencils to get the squiggled line

I made a slightly wavy line with several pencils overlapped.

I used 3 pencils to make the chaotic lines while using pressure to make the lightness and darkness of the lines.

I used a single pencil to create several wavy squiggled lines across the page.

I used a pencil to make a single curved stoke over and over.

I pushed 3 pencils to make squiggled lines going up the page.

Performance Process

I had gone threw 3 words before I finally decided on the word drink.  The first thing I thought of doing for this was drinking a whole bottle of something at one time.  I was thinking of things to drink that were between not to much so I couldn't finish them and not enough because it would be easy.  That is when I thought of Gatorade.  I knew I could do the large sized bottle because it was just the right amount.  I practiced drinking one and I did it in 35 seconds.  So then I had the idea to try and get the people to say drink before I started and then drink it and just walk off the stage.

Uncomfortable Video Process

I was thinking of what to do the whole weekend before this was due and I couldn't think of anything.  The day before it was due my nose was stop up from allergies and that is when I decided to blow my nose with my finger.  It was amazing how I was worried about it all weekend then the idea just came to me all of a sudden.

Monologue Process

I had no idea what to talk about for my monologue.  So I decided to talk about what I know the most about, and that is collecting Hot Wheels.  There wasn't much I could do without bringing some of my cars in but couldn't do that because all my cars to show all the types I talked about are at my house in Kansas.  Since I couldn't bring any in I decide to just talk about them.
